~Payment Policy~
GENERAL PURCHASING
Payment is due immediately through one of the accepted payment methods in the shopping cart.
**If payment is not received: I will make TWO attempts in a 7 day period to contact you for payment. By the end of the 7th day, your order will be canceled.
CREDIT CARDS(not through Paypal)
Credit Cards are processed offline through the business' accounting software. If your card is declined, you will be sent an invoice by email. **(See non-payment statement above)
RME PAYMENT
When choosing the RME payment option, an invoice will be sent to your specified email address within a few hours (under normal cirumstances). Payment is expected within 24 hours. **(See non-payment statement above)
E-CHECKS
If payment is submitted by E-Check via Paypal, the order will not ship until payment clears. NO EXCEPTIONS. If payment does not clear
SPECIAL ORDERS
For any requests of items not in stock, 100% of the costs are due UPFRONT. E-checks will NOT be accepted for Special Orders! Shipping costs are due when items arrive to us. Items will NOT ship before shipping charges are paid for. You will be sent an invoice for the shipping charges. I will make TWO attempts to invoice you over a 1 week period. If you do not pay or respond to my invoices after 7 days your order will be canceled and NO REFUNDS will be given.
~Return/Exchange Policy~
RETURNS
Due to the personal nature of our products, all items must be returned in original, unopened packaging! For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on OPENED merchandise under ANY circumstances.
If you have broken the factory seal on the box (if applicable), your item CANNOT be returned.
As applicable, we can only accept other returns of unused, unwashed, undamaged merchandise. Special ordered items cannot be returned.
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@mommieslilpeanutshoppe.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization. In order to properly recredit your account, you MUST obtain an RMA before returning your item.
Please ship item promptly back to us. Please box item up in outer packaging- DO NOT place any shipping labels/materials directly on manufacturer packaging. You MUST insure return for FULL purchase price! We cannot be responsible for returned items, lost or damaged in the mail, that were not insured. We also recommend adding a tracking service to your return. You will NOT be refunded if we do not receive your item back. Claims must be submitted to the postal service for insurance coverage.
EXCHANGES
Due to the large expense and hassle of dealing with exchanges, none will be accepted at this time. In an extreme case, please contact us.
SHIPPING ERRORS
If you have recieved the wrong item please contact us immediately! All shipping costs to correct an error made BY US will be paid BY US. Shipping costs for exchanges of an other nature in regards to Unopened products are the responsibility of the buyer.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be less 10% of purchase price and will be issued promptly upon my receipt of your return. This is to cover all fees incurred by us in the sale of this item- as we can only accept unopened boxes, returns typically mean a change of heart, for which we are not financially responsible. S/H will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. If your item was shipped to you with FREE SHIPPING, actual shipping costs will still be deducted from your refund.
PRODUCT PROBLEMS
If you find a problem with your product once it is opened, it CANNOT be returned! We recommend contacting the manufacturer with any issues, or contact us and we will help you with this process. Please be sure to retain all receipts for this transaction, as they may be required by the manufacturer.
~Shipping Policy~
No item will be shipped until paid in FULL.
Shipping carrier is chosen by ME based on shipping location. We usually find UPS Ground to be the best method, but be aware that we reserve the right to choose another shipping service or carrier at OUR descretion. Expedited shipping may be available upon request only.
You will be notified by email of a tracking/delivery confirmation number on your package.
Items are insured for shipping. We are not responsible for your package once it is delivered to the shipping carrier. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will help you with your claim through the delivery company. A refund will not be issued from Mommie's Lil Peanut Shoppe. Please keep all packaging and take detailed photos as appropriate to assist with your claim. (Please note that insurance claims through the postal carrier can typically take 2-6 weeks to resolve.)
GIFT RECIPIENTS
We DO ship to gift recipients. Please contact us (orders@mommieslilpeanutshoppe.com). We also provide Gift Wrapping and Cards, discrete shipment invoicing, and buyer invoice mailings for an additional charge.
