Store Policies

Due to many manufacturer regulations, longer order fulfillment times, and potential increased costs for our customers involved in cross-border shipping, we will only ship to the United States at this time. Thank you for understanding.

ORDERING

*For the safety of our customers and ourselves, we reserve the right to refuse any order that does not pass adequate payment safety checks through the available payment processors, or require more information from you before order fulfillment.

*If our shopping cart happens to oversell an item you have ordered, we will contact you immediately with one of several options:
  -If we are able to easily obtain another of the same item, you will be placed on back order and your item will ship to you as soon as it arrives to us.
  -We may offer to issue you a refund or a store credit if the originally ordered item or similar item cannot be obtained.
  -We will offer another item that is as similar as possible to the item you ordered.

*Online ordering of my Gift Certificates is shut down while I renovate my site, but this is my normal GC policy:
Gift Certificates are offered through the store. All gift certificate purchases are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If an item is purchased with a gift certificate, that is eligible for a return, your refund will be in the form of store credit ONLY.

*We are bound by certain Manufacturer Retail Pricing Policies. If there is an accidental error in the pricing on a listing, we will be unable to offer the item for less than its MRP. You will be invoiced for the proper total. We will also allow you to remove that single item from your order, but the rest of your order will be fulfilled and is not subject to cancellation allowance. If the price in the listing is over its correct pricing, and you have already checked out and paid, you will be refunded the price difference. Kindly let us know if you see any pricing issues on the site, so we may correct them as quickly as possible!

*We reserve the right to discontinue serving any customer we find to cause major difficulties to our way of doing business. No further orders will be honored and any monies paid for such orders will be refunded immediately.


SHIPPING

*We typically ship via USPS. We reserve the right to substitute an alternate shipping service than the one a buyer has chosen during checkout, as long as the shipping time is relatively similar. We will NOT ship via a grossly slower shipping method than the one you have chosen!

*In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays.

*If you have a special shipping request, such as UPS or FedEx, we will be happy to work with you on such arrangements. We will NOT ship ANY package COD under ANY circumstances.  Requests for third-party billing of shipments will be honored at our discretion.

*Insurance is recommended for all packages. FedEx and UPS provide auto coverage up to $100. Any shipment totaling $100 or more will require the purchase of shipping insurance for any carrier chosen, with the exception of USPS shipments which require insurance over $25.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we highly suggest accepting the small insurance fee! We reserve the right to require insurance on certain items and orders of high value.

*Tracking/Delivery Confirmation: All FedEx and UPS shipments provide a tracking number. All USPS shipments WILL automatically include Delivery Confirmation within the USA. Orders over $150 will be sent with a Signature Confirmation required- if this poses an issue to you, please contact us before ordering.

*Items Lost or Damaged in Shipping: Shipping Insurance is offered for all shipments we are able to purchase it for. You as our customer have the right to waive this charge, but by doing so, you release our liability for your items once they are shipped. If insurance is not purchased we will not offer refunds or resend packages that were lost/damaged in transit. If you have purchased insurance, please contact the shipper about filing an insurance claim. We will be happy to assist you with any information we may be able to provide as you are filling out a claim form.

*If delivery confirmation from the shipper declares that your package has been delivered, we cannot entertain requests for a new shipment, under any circumstances. Please contact the shipping company with any such issues. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance!

*Undeliverable Items/Items Marked "Return to Sender": If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If you wish for the item to be reshipped, all associated costs are the buyer's responsibility. We will not reship your item until the new shipping charges have been paid in full. We will only attempt a reshipment ONCE per customer. If you refuse a shipment or mark "return to sender", we will NOT reship your order- your refund will be sent within 60 days, minus a 30% restocking fee for our inconvenience, and all actual shipping and handling costs, including orders shipped under a FREE SHIPPING promotion.



REFUNDS & RETURNS:
*Due to the nature of the products offered here, we do NOT accept returns on ANY items listed in the store. Please order carefully, or contact us for help, as we will not exchange items in an order due to an ordering error on the buyer's part. No refunds will be given.

*Product Issues/Defects: We do not accept returns due to product defect or malfunction. If you find an issue with your product please contact us and we will be happy to get you in touch with the manufacturer to resolve the problem, as most provide a warranty on their products.

*Shipping Errors: If we have shipped you the wrong item (an item different than that reflected on your order history) we will promptly exchange your item at our expense. The buyer will NOT incur any shipping penalties for an error made by myself or anyone that is put in charge of shipping orders for Mommie's Lil Peanut Shoppe. Please carefully repackage the incorrect item and return it to us as soon as possible. A tracking service must be applied to such returns. We will ship your correct item when we have confirmation that your package is in transit back to us.

*Returns: Due to the nature of the products offered here, we do not accept returns. At such time that my shop may be open to the return of an item, it must be returned in NEW, unused, unwashed condition. If it is contained within any kind of product packaging, the item must not be opened, and if applicable, the safety seal must be intact. A refund or store credit would only be issued at the time that I receive the item back and would be less 10% of the purchase price and any applicable shipping and handling charges, even if the item was shipped with a FREE SHIPPING promotion. Return shipping costs would be at the buyer's expense.

*Restocking Fees: At this time I do not accept returns or exchanges on any item. Any restocking fees that would be applicable have been outlined above. **Please note the section on items received marked as "Return to Sender"...**



PAYMENTS:
*Accepted Payment Methods:
  -Paypal: We happily accept Paypal payments from Paypal Balance, Instant Bank Transfer, or your chosen Credit Card. Paypal E-Checks ARE NOT accepted!
  -RevolutionMoneyExchange: If you wish to make a payment with an RME account, please contact me before purchasing, so I may send you your total and my RME account information.
  -Google Checkout: Another secure way to check out with your credit card and a simple alternative to Paypal.

*Paypal Addresses: We will NOT ship to an UNVERIFIED US address in Paypal. If you wish to send an order to a GIFT RECIPIENT, please add their address to the appropriate Gift Recipient section of your Paypal account. If your account shows an unverified address, we will contact you to correct this error. We will not ship your item until the address is verified in your Paypal account.

*Paypal E-Checks: We do NOT accept Paypal E-Checks. If the option is shown and an order is paid in this manner, we will request another form of payment and your e-check payment will be voided. We will not ship until I have a cleared payment in our account.

*Checks/Money Orders: We do not accept personal checks or money orders at this time. Please contact us immediately if you cannot checkout of our shop electronically.



**All of our current payment processing choices keep your private account information safe and secure. At no time, do I have access to your bank account or credit card information through Paypal, RME, or Google Checkout. At such time that we return the option of direct Credit Card processing through the shopping cart, please rest assured that your information is obtained and stored on a secure server and any information gathered will be used solely for the express purpose of processing your current order on file. Your sensitive information is never stored by myself (or anyone else involved with order processing for Mommie's Lil Peanut Shoppe) or in my own systems, nor will I ever release such information to any other party accept to process your payment and as may be required by law.
